On the call, Sunday announced that her classes will start either December 7th or 8th and continue the following week on December 14th or 15th and continue in January 5th or 12th - depending on the pereference of students who sign up for these classes.

Barbara - felt soothing energy in her thighs after Sunday worked with her - she said she has difficulty standing up using her thigh muscles. and wrote in with this feedback: "Thank you for the soothing of my thigh muscles. I feel so hopeful that this will continue."

Tamara, asking about a pain in thumb and a cyst reported that she felt the pain was radiating out and she felt gurgling sensations in her stomach - possibly having a healing crisis - Sunday that the two are connected and drinking water would he helpful.

Joanne, wrote with a host of issues and Sunday picked up that it was her digestive issues that raising their hand to be helped. Sunday felt it was it was to do with inflammation and what Joanne is eating that maybe making the situation worse. Hsien-chi Wang wrote in to say, Hi Sunday and Shashi, I've been having chronic pain over the past decade. It started with the upper body but has shifted to the lower extremities for many years. This year I had some relief to the point it's not constant and overwhelming. But while the lower body is not hurting as much, my headache, neck and shoulder pain is getting worse. Could you help me to get more stability? - Listen to the show and also listen to "My aching Body" that will help with relaxing and relieve some of pain.

"A lot of spiritual traditions cruise right over the lower body. But if you pay attention only to the upper body, it creates health and spiritual, emotional, and mental problems.When we have difficulty or numbness in our lower bodies, it means we’re not fully present. When we’re not fully present, we can’t be in our power.

I myself had a lot of lower body issues I’ve had to heal because of my “incurable and progressive” illness (which turned out not to be). I’ve also spent a lot of time in contact with the earth, before everybody got into “grounding”. Traditional cultures have always been very wise in using grounding in their daily lives. It may be a missing piece of the puzzle in yours."
